Below you will find my Terms of Service, which is required to read before you commission me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all my terms, so please be sure to read thoroughly!

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read each point carefully. Once a Commission is made, you are agreeing to each point listed on this page.

1. All Commissions will be paid upfront once request has been accepted by the Artist. The Artist retains the right to decline a commission.2. Additional fees will be made upon extreme details or extra requests. This applies to anything involving the character or background art. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out via email.3. No Refunds will be given at this time. The only exception is if the artist is unable to complete the commission, in which the Artist will notify the buyer as soon as possible.4. The Artist retains full rights to all artwork made. Commissions are strictly for Personal use ONLY. You may NOT use any of my Art for Commercial work or for any type of reselling. If you were looking to purchase the rights to a Commissioned artwork, please feel free to email me or ko-fi message me.5. The Artist will use Commissioned work for self-advertisement or for their portfolio on their social platforms and website, unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.6. Commissioned work will be streamed online on Twitch. If you wish for your Commission to be discreet, please state so in your request, or you can also still opt out by emailing me or ko-fi messaging me.7. If the Buyer shares this Art in any online space, they may not claim credit for the artwork.8. All artwork made by the Artist may not be used in anything involving NFTs or AI/Training AI.9. The Artist will work at her own pace unless a deadline is agreed upon. Any artwork that is needed within 2 weeks will be considered a Rush Order and will cost additional fees.10. Any discussions involving Commissions will only be discussed through email or ko-fi messages. The Artist will not respond to commission requests or questions made on social media platforms.Thank you for reading through.
